It is a modern building kept in tip top condition.
It has the advantage of being just across the road from the Red Lion, a pub owned by the local community and superbly run by its tenants. So an Event could combine a meeting in the hall with a social gathering in the pub.
The hall's modest size would make it ideal for a small business or family occasion - many similar halls are cavernous because of their original purpose, which was to provide educational, physical exercise and entertainment facilities for larger communities.
